As you can imagine, the effects of government intervention due to Covid-19 have decimated the live events industry. I was lucky enough to finish a season with the Scottish Opera at The Adelaide Festival, with the final night's show running on the last night before the shutdown.
Since then, the industry has switched to remote/virtual events, which may work for some but are far from ideal, even impossible, for others. It will not be long before restrictions are lifted and our industry needs to be present and able to hit the ground running. I have years of experience in working remotely on the planning side of events and am standing by to get back to work as soon as possible! With a full suite of design software and remote access platforms at my disposal I am perfectly placed to help you get a head start and give your business a kick start when things are back to normal.
On-site work opportunities are pretty much non-existant due to the restrictions on interstate travel but again, this will not be for ever. We need to ensure we are primed, prepared and organised for when we are able to recommence the work we all love. Demand for services will be high, as there will be a back-log of events to be delivered so be ready for busy times!

I am a veteran of the events industry, with over 20 years’ experience, covering all aspects of events from concept to delivery and execution. My knowledge has been gleaned from working in every field within the industry, starting as a general stage hand and culminating as a Senior Project Manager. In recent years I have focused on technical event design, incorporating cutting edge technology, out of the box thinking and an eye for detail. I have been heavily involved in major international sporting events, high-end corporate launches and everything in between. My skills as a Project and Production Manager find me in high demand around Australia and Asia to oversee the accurate, timely and successful delivery of events.
I am highly skilled in Vectorworks design software, which I use to create conceptual drawings and renders, as well as final technical specification drawings.
I also have an extensive knowledge of Disguise video mapping software and I am also a qualified Barco Projectionist and E2 Event Master operator.
I am based out of beautiful Port Macquarie, on NSW's mid-north coast. With a history of several years experience working remotely, I have developed a successful strategy that enables me to work with clients on events without ever stepping into their office!
With Port Macquarie serviced by both Qantas and Virgin, travelling to events is also easy.
